Can I get a refund after my subscription has been purchased or renewed?

We do not offer refunds on subscription purchases or renewals outside a 48-hour window of the transaction. All refunds must be requested within 48 hours of the charge being made. 

For example, if your subscription renews on April 26th a refund request would only be accepted up until April 28th, any requests beyond that will not be accepted. 

Please note that all subscriptions automatically renew unless you've spoken directly with an atDove staff member to request an exemption. Cancellation of premium subscriptions is effective immediately upon notification.
