All refunds must be requested within 48 hours of the charge being made. We do not offer refunds on any subscription purchases or renewals outside of this 48 hour window.
For example, if your subscription renews on April 26th a refund request would only be accepted up until April 28th, any requests beyond that will not be accepted.
Please note that all subscriptions automatically renew unless you've spoken directly with an atDove staff member to request an exemption, and you can find your renewal details on the My Subscription page (found under the caret drop-down menu in the top right corner when you're scrubbed in). Cancellation of premium subscriptions is effective immediately upon notification.
