In order to cancel your account, click 'Scrub In' to log into your account. From the "My Team"* drop down menu, click 'My Subscription', followed by the 'Cancel' button.
*To access the "My Team" menu you will select the down arrow/carrot symbol in the top right corner.
If you change your mind and want to come back, it's easy to re-join. You would just scrub in, reactivate on the 'My Subscription' page, and pick up where you left off.
