Your subscription can be cancelled at any time. Read below for instructions.
Please note that only account administrators can cancel a subscription for their organization. If you're not an administrator and are unsure who is within your organization, please contact us for assistance.
- After scrubbing into atDove, click 'My Subscription' under the caret drop-down menu.
- On this page, click the green button that says "Cancel Plan".
- After clicking this button, you'll be prompted to offer feedback. Any feedback offered is deeply appreciated.
- After cancelling, your account will no longer automatically renew unless you reactivate. You and your team will lose access at the end of the subscription term indicated on your 'My Subscription' page.
- If you'd ever like to restart your team's subscription, it's easy to re-join. Just scrub in, reactivate on the 'My Subscription' page, and pick up where you left off.
