If you have not updated your payment information since our website update and see a message noting 'The license for this account was created via our legacy system and expires on..':
- Click the down arrow/caret symbol in the top right corner to access the 'My Team' menu.
- Select 'My Subscription'.
- Select a plan - based on the subscription you currently have or to upgrade.
- Add a a new card number and select 'Submit'.
If your subscription declined, or you simply need to add a new credit card on file:
- Click the down arrow/caret symbol in the top right corner to access the 'My Team' menu.
- Select 'My Subscription'.
- Select 'Add payment method'.
- Enter new credit card information and select 'Add'.
