How do I update my Billing Information on atDove?

If you have not updated your payment information since our website update and see a message noting 'The license for this account was created via our legacy system and expires on..':
  1. Click the down arrow/caret symbol in the top right corner to access the 'My Team' menu.
  2. Select 'My Subscription'.
  3. Select a plan - based on the subscription you currently have or to upgrade.
  4. Add a a new card number and select 'Submit'.

 

If your subscription declined, or you simply need to add a new credit card on file:

  1. Click the down arrow/caret symbol in the top right corner to access the 'My Team' menu.
  2. Select 'My Subscription'.
  3. Select 'Add payment method'.
  4. Enter new credit card information and select 'Add'.
