My account declined/lapsed, how do I reactivate?

How to reactivate an account after it was unable to renew.

To reactivate your subscription, you must have administrative access on the account or contact the administrator on the account to:

  • Scrub into your account

  • Navigate to 'My Subscription' under the 'My Team', i.e. ⌄ drop-down menu at the top of your screen next to your profile icon.

  • Depending upon the screen displayed you will either:
    • Select 'Update payment method' 
    • Select 'Add payment method', enter new credit card information
    • Click 'Continue'
     OR
    • Pick Your Plan from the dropdown and enter your credit card information

    • Click 'Submit' once your payment information is updated
