Why am I receiving an error message when I try to accept my invite or reset my password?

If you receive the message, "You are not authorized to access this page" when trying to accept an emailed invite or when resetting your password, it is likely because another member is already logged in on your computer.

To resolve this error and accept your invite, first check your browser to make sure nobody is logged in, then try the link again. 

 

If you are attempting to accept an invite on a mobile device and are unable to complete the profile, try accepting the invite on a desktop to see if this resolves the issue.
